If in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason what-so-ever, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. Our standard return policy rules apply as per below.
SECTION 2 - Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 3 - Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and any applicable credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your method of payment, refunds may be instant or could take 3-5 business days (or longer in some cases).
Refunds/returns incur a restocking/handling fee of 10%.

SECTION 4 - Damages and issues
While damage or issues are rare, please inspect your order upon recieving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 5 - Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as;
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Perishable goods, customized orders, such as custom dice sets, items with personalized engravings, lettering, or other types of personalizations cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards & any downloadable software products are non-refundable/returnable.
- If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange, but please do get in touch to see if something else can be done!

SECTION 6 - Exchanges
We generally only replace items under our 100% Guarantee or if they are defective or damaged, which requires that the item is returned to us first. Keep in mind that sometimes the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to purchase the item separately and send the unwanted product back as a return (our return policy applies).

SECTION 7 - EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 8 - Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECTION 8a - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
