I got this and played with my gf for valentines, we both loved it! We both play already and for this we played a character each which was easy to upgrade to story to.
I bought as a valentine's present for my husband. I ran the game (first time ever) as he's a forever DM mostly and we had so much fun! Great resources maps!
Bought the cheaper ones because I didn't know if they would be used but they are honestly great quality, will be back again
Me and my husband had a blast playing this on Valentine’s Day. It was my first time DMing and I found this was great fun, accessible and easy to follow.
It was my first time behind the DM screen and my partners first time rolling dice. Not really a "romance" but still a fun night's adventure for us both! A lot of room to play around with game mechanics and tell a story together :)
I liked the rustic feel of the linen bag and I also like how rigid it is.
I love the colors throughout the dice, and it truly is "dark sun" - maybe if I had more light I could see more of the colors.
I love how big these dice are and that they're soft-edged. I also like how there's a little bit of a matte finish.
I love this dice bag and has so many compartments to organize my dice. I love it!

I decided to get this short campaign for me and my partner for Valentine's night and he thoroughly enjoyed playing. To DM this campaign wasn't very complicated and it allowed some off book moments that really gave us a chuckle. Overall as a DM and a player we both loved this short campaign and suggest to do.
Bought for a date night with my Fiancé who is almost always the DM and never a player. I have zero experience DMing so the pack was great as it told me what bits to read etc.
The downfalls are that it doesn’t come with any tokens, only maps, so I had to find and make those myself, and that the endings are quite restricting with 3 shoehorned options, which is difficult when you play with someone who is an outside of the box thinker! So when playing I had to try and match the outcome to the most applicable ending.
Overall it was a good time and lasted about 2.5 hours due to more roleplay than combat encounters, which was enjoyed.

My husband and I aren't very versed on how to play DnD on our own, but the booklet outlined the story really well enough I was able to DM it just fine with no experience. We got creative and had a lot of fun with it. We loved the open interpretation for the choices you could make and the different endings the choices led to. My husband definitely is the sweetest person and his choices showed his moral code and even made me tear up at one point 🥹 it was really fun and we would definitely do dates like this again ❤️

I have the blue/green version of these dice that are no longer for sale, but from the photos I can tell that these have the same issue. The rest of the dice in the set are lovely. However, the numbers on the d20 protrude out of the dice, so the dice never lands on a face. Every time it's rolled, the dice is cocked and the result cannot be used. A rare miss from a wonderful company
The numbers on the higher sided dice (D20, D12, D10, and Percentile) protrude further than the corners of the dice do, resulting in the dice, when rolled, to not always land with one number pointing straight up, and can frequently land directly in between two numbers, especially true with the D20. Aside from that though, these dice are very well crafted and beautiful to look at.
I didn't know what to expect for this product but my wife and I really wanted to try something run for the holiday. I opted for the physical+digital bundle and the booklet arrived in a secure package. The quality of the booklet was surprisingly good. Thick paper and the image quality is great. the story is basic, nothing to rave about but it has good information and allows a DM to expand. I would recommend the product.
Love these dice so much, keeping them secret, keeping them safe. Rolled a nat20 straight away so they're lucky too.
Beautiful dice they can be hard to read at times but still worth the price.
My first dice set from Dakota Irish and was presently surprised by the quality! My players also love using it overall very solid!
